Carol Carranza has been the firm's Client Service Director and Office Manager since 2021. With her previous experience as an Office Manager running a Real Estate practice in Irvine, she fit right in! Not only has her vibrant smile been a joy to be around but her past barista experience makes her the hostess with the mostest! She is always ready with a smile to greet all of our clients who walk through the door. Clients have even mentioned how they can "hear" her smile on the phone! Being a mom herself, Carol is passionate about protecting families and their loved ones. She ensures every client matter progresses smoothly and seamlessly for a flawless client experience. Outside the office, Carol enjoys her life as a toddler mom and caring for her tiny farm of chickens, bunnies, and a dog!
