Valerie Pasion is an Estate Planning attorney dedicated to helping families protect what matters most. Her legal career began with a clear mission: to use the law as a tool for service. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, she earned her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law, where she specialized inCritical Race Studies and provided pro-bono advocacy for underserved
Communities.
Valerie’s path to estate planning was driven by a desire for meaningful, personal impact. After several years in private practice, she transitioned to a faith-based non-profit, providing essential legal counseling and estate services to low-income families. This experience deepened her belief that every individual deserves a legacy built on dignity and security.
In 2019, Valerie joined The Asset Protection and Elder Law Center, where her compassion and legal expertise align with the firm’s client-focused mission. Today, she takes pride in guiding families through the estate planning process with both heart and precision.
A native Californian, Valerie lives in Orange County with her husband, her high school sweetheart, and their four children.
